OK, are you ready for a complicated one?
Hispanic Male
Work Ex: very unique work ex, lots of leadership, should be a solid story
Non-profit: founder of a non profit, very strong community work
GMAT: 610, taking it again in a week. Hoping to raise it!
GPA: My GPA is very low and is below the middle 80% at any top school (read: 10-30, I know I'm out for top 10). I went to a good liberal arts college and have a good explanation for the weak GPA.
Without knowing all of the details do I have a shot at a top 10-30 school?
What schools are more willing to take on someone with a low GPA?
Do you have any general advice for someone with a Low GPA and potentially low GMAT?

Take a look at some of the regional programs in the bottom of the first tier. You still might have a chance if you have some unusual work experience and stellar "rhyming" essays.
