Hi there, Fishfly!
Appreciate you reaching out. Regardless of whether you are graduating from a top tier school or tier 2 or below, 0.01 on your GPA isn’t going to keep you out of a top MBA program. I would spend your time focusing on your GMAT, and earning 10 more points that could compensate for 0.01 on your GPA. +720 is a great goal to have, but it’ll require a bit of work, so focus on the test along with your personal goals during your semester off. Consider what your extracurricular profile looks like and ensure that you are adequately involved. ANDDDD - enjoy your last semester in college!! You're only young once - live it up!
In your application, you don’t need to tell them how close you were to Magna Cum Laude – they get it, you're smart, you did well. Stickers for everyone
Hope this helps! If you ever have any questions when it comes time to selecting schools or drafting your application, give us a https://criticalsquare.com/contact-us/free-mba-profile-consultation/]shout!
Best of luck!
