is taking a MGMAT Quant set the day before the test a bad idea? this is my weakest area (along with IR).

I took a full MGMAT CAT the day before my test. In all honesty, when it comes down to the day before the GMAT, you're not going to see any drastic improvements in your weakest areas. To answer your question, I don't think it's a bad idea as long as you don't burn yourself out the day before your test.
