I am re-taking the GMAT on the 22nd, do you think that is too close to the Yale (oct 24) dealine to get my offical grades there. Assuming of course the app is complete in all other aspects? Should I just bet on R2 instead?

Some where I read that it takes nearly 2 weeks for GMAT people to send scores to schools. If you are taking test on Oct 22nd, there is almost no chance that the scores will reach by Oct 24th. R2 may be a better bet?

Some schools allow you to post your unofficial score in the app. if:

a) you take the test before the deadline.
b) you select the scores to be sent to that school upon completion.

dunno whether Yale accepts this.

Good idea. They accept this I think.
