I would go with E
E is parallel and "to buy" makes sense rather than for buying.

I would go with E also.
A) selling their crops for buying - unidiomatic
B) sales -singular but 'cash proceeds' plural
C) so as to is wrong usage, so as to be is correct
D) does not make sense, unnecessary of etc
E) concise and infinitive form which is mostly preferred.
This is my take, please correct if I said anything wrong.

What is the difference between 'the sales of their crops' and 'the sale of their crops'? Any comments?

Can you please provide another example?
I thought that sale should be used for one crop and sales should be used for 'crops'

to buy is a verb and is parallel with the other verbs in the parallel construction.
If I modify the choice (E) : the sale of their crops to buy to choice
(F): the "sales" of their crops to buy, Is it OK?
If (F) is correct, then the question is purely because of parallelism of 'to buy' and (E) is indeed correct. Thanks for the comments.

I picked E Because of the idiom "from....to..."
with this in mind, I am down to C and E, but so as to is awkward in C, so I go with E
