W:C = 5:2

S1:
C:M = 5:11
So W:C:M = 25:10:22 INSUFF

S2:
Using W:C = 5:2 and Total W < 30 is INSUFF

S1 and S2:
As W:C:M = 25:10:22 then the cases of real number of people are (25,10,22) or (50,20,44) or (75,30,66) and so on. But total women are less than 30 so we can determine that there were 25 women and 10 children and 22 men.
