Hi All,

My Exam is fast approaching and I need real good help on RC. I can't seem to concentrate while reading the passages under a timed environment. Anyone got solutions?

Secondly, how is my score affected, if due to GMAT time constraint, I concentrate on the first 3 passages and guess in the 4th. Is this a good startegy.

Thanks for ur help!

Chuxiz.

Hello there!!

Please get over the feeling that you cannot comprehend the passage under timed conditions. To be frank, to get the gist of the passage, all you need to now is just understanding few lines in the whole paragraph. Try to focuss on the opening line and ending line on each paragraph. This should give you a fair idea.

Your strategy is fine as long as you donot aim at very high score. For high scores, even the last few queries are as important as the first few queries are.
