Hey Marlene,
You have an impressive profile at a glance, so at a glance my inclination is that you are having issues communicating your story and personalizing it for the schools you applying to. Now to your specific questions:
1. Will any schools look at me attractively since I do not have any new updates or changes in my life?
-Typically when you re-apply there is an expectation from admissions that you have grown and developed from the last application submitted. Admissions will expect you to offer growth and new information via a higher GMAT score, additional coursework, refined career focus, re-developed essays, etc. Your prior numbers were strong so unless you are offering up improvements in your essays writing and content your candidacy will remain at a crossroads
2. Do I apply to the same schools? Or choose different programs?
-I would apply to the schools that you are the best fit for your goals, so if there are new schools then that would be appropriate
3. Should I wait a few years before re-applying?
-I would wait until you feel the time is right, applying to b-school is a big decisions so really thing about the type of growth you expect to receive in the future. If the growth you'd receive is sizable and would set you up to be a better candidate and allow you to make the most of b-school then consider that. My hunch is that it is more of a story or perception issue with you, so really look at your applications from last year and be honest with yourself.
Hope this helps!
