Re: Foreign applying as resident [#permalink]

Could you, please, give me some advises regarding my situation?
I am a native Romanian, but have been an american resident for 2+ years.
I have a BS on Economics from a state University in Romania. I have worked in US as a retail manager and a sales and service specialist in a bank (my current job).
Unfortunately, I won't be able to apply as a foreign student, since I own a green card, therefore I would have to boost my performance in GMAT (not taken yet), essays and recommandations.
I'm not considering any top schools, I lean more towards NE or NEF B-schools.
1.would I be able somehow to get a scholarship?
2. is it possible to boost a career from a part-time MBA (I am considering working if I would not be able to get a scolarship).
3.any other tips, suggestions or questions would be greatly appreciated.
Did you need more details or is my brief profile not even worth an opinion.
Just to clarify, question number two was considering a comparison between part time and full time. The question as it was sounds stupid.
Also, my main an dprobably only choice would be Case Western Reserve- Weatherhead- part time.
