An important note in pursuing programs like this, some actually require a GRE score instead of the GMAT. However, many will accept either. You have also missed some of the programs associated with architecture schools in the US (PennDesign, Michigan, Clemson, etc.)

FYI - Georgia State offers an MS in Real Estate which can be earned through full-time or part-time enrollment. And believe me, Atlanta is a great place to work and study in real estate.
