There are tons of examples - for example, look at the MIT 100K challenges and the Chicago Booth New Venture Challenge. Beyond that, there are numerous successful entrepreneurs from each top school each year, ranging from companies like Invisiline at Stanford, Flyswat at Booth, and droves of others. To be honest, your question is a bit vague, at least in the sense, are you most curious about MBAs that have started companies and have had large exits, or MBAs who have simply started several companies. For instance, I'm in an MBA program, have started 3 healthcare business, and raised over $20 million in venture and angel financing...and there are a few other similar stories at my school (Booth) - I'd expect that similar stories are at least as common at Haas, MIT, and Stanford.
Just hunt around a bit - but a good place to start are the MBA business plan competitions - for obvious reasons. The Rice competition is huge.
