My prep tests were around 47-50 in Quant, putting wrong all answers I had previously marked as wrong. I was doing around 33 in Verbal. I cannot understand my drop in Quant....By the way, I have stomach problems which bring me shortness of breath and makes me difficulty to concentrate. Today I had horrible stomach attacks, it was horrible...
Any ideas how can I improve? How to tackle this? My 10 points drop in Quant? How to improve verbal? English is not my native language.

First of all, on the difference between practice performance and exam performance --- make sure your practice simulates exam conditions as much as possible. In particular, always practice against strict time limits. See:
