Thanks for posting. With regards to your GMAT, remember that when you apply to business school your GMAT score if self-reported on your application. What this means is that admissions teams will only focus on your highest score. This means that you should not be concerned even if you do very poorly on the test on your second try.
Because the average GMAT score to Owen is 693, I recommend that you attempt the GMAT for a second time.
Regarding the rest of your application, I recommend you read this case study of an engineer who was accepted into Columbia, Tuck, and MIT.
