Reccomendation for admission consultants? Stratus Prep? [#permalink] New post 11 Aug 2011, 20:19
Hi everyone.

I am in the process of considering which admissions consultant to use for the fall applications . Without giving away too much detail, I am a non-tradition applicant with scores 20-30 points the median for top 5 mba programs. I have excellent community service and business experience. I feel that I could benefit from the expertise of an admissions consultant to help me craft the best possible application for top MBA programs (particularly an admission consultant that successfully helped to non Mckinsey, Goldman types craft the most appealing application). I am located in New York and I am researching Stratus Prep . Does anyone have positive or negative experiences with Stratus Prep MBA consulting? I know they are not covered in many forums so I am rather hesitant about their track record. I have not reached out to Stacy Blackman and may consider them in the next week. However, if anyone has had any experience with Stratus Prep, please do let me know via PM or this forum. I would like to hear some impartial reviews before I invest $5,000+ in consulting services.

I am also open to working with other consultants in the New York City area as well.

Thank you everyone.
