A seems correct.

B & C are poorly structured and seriously flawed logically. D & E use the transition word 'of' at the beginning which definitely seems wrong.

Idiom usage: support to the theory that … is correct – eliminate D and E
Elliptical issue

A. that a black hole lies at the center of the Milky Way and of [Hold it – elliptical “lies at the center”]
B. that a black hole lies at the Milky Way’s center and [Elliptical “lies” changes the meaning – eliminate it]
C. that there is a black hole lying at the milky Way’s center and [Elliptical – “that there is a black hole many” does not make sense – eliminate it]
D. of a black hole lying at the Milky Way’s center and
E. of a black hole that lies at the center of the Milky Way and of
