Hi. I worked for my last organisation for 20 months till i switched to another firm recently. I am also actively involved with an NGO.
I am applying this year to the B schools and I plan to get 1 recommendation letter from the previous employer but what about the second recommendation letter? Do I get it from the current employer or from the NGO because I have worked only 2 months with my current employer.

It really doesn't matter a whole lot where you get it from, as long as the recommender can speak of you in high regard. So if you believe the NGO may help you here, get it from the NGO. AdComs understand that not everyone is going to get a letter from current employer.
