Where are you applying and for what year? At the top schools the recommendations are submitted online with the application. You have to register your recommenders online. Then they will get an email from the school with a recommendation form, questions, and directions for how to submit through the online application. Since most schools haven't released the fall 2013 application yet its way too early to have anything submitted yet. Besides you want to at least get through the summer before you start submitting stuff. That's over 3 months of potential achievements that you can use for your essays and recommenders can speak to in their recos.
