recommender submission [#permalink] New post 05 Sep 2013, 09:04
One of my recommenders submitted an incomplete letter to Stanford. The recommender thought that he had to answer the 3 questions that GS asks in a narrative form. So he very briefly addressed them in a letter form and not individually (1, 2...) along with the rest of the letter.

He realized the mistake and is asking if he can make changes. Can the recommender amend his submission?

The application is not submitted yet. How much detail should be provided for the 3 questions?

Since the application is not submitted is it possible to submit a new application?

thanks in advance. Didn't expect this development and appreciate your input

Have your recommender himself contact the AdCom and explain the issue saying he'd like to resubmit, and they should be able to honor his request.
