Red flags on your MBA essays [#permalink] New post 11 Jul 2012, 04:54
the first round of application deadlines will be here sooner than you realize, and I've read a lot of questions on this forum about how to approach the essays. There's so much that can be written on this topic to the point where it'd be impossible to write it all down. But to help this year, I've compiled a list of the most common red flags and pitfalls I've seen applicants make over time. You can find it here: http://www.thefirstread.com/mba-application-essay-tips/

Hopefully, this will be useful as you begin to edit what you've written and think strategically about how to position yourself in your essays.

Hope that's helpful,
-james young
