Regarding POST mba goals

Hi,
I am a computer engineer working for a top IT outsourcing industry for almost two years now.I have written my short term goal is to work in Customer relationship management in a technology driven industry.I have a interview on 19 th march and ll need to talk more about it....
I see myslf taking operations concentration with CRM .Is there any way where i could get to know what is done wit customer relationship management post mba ,other than dealing with the CRM software.

I really don't know much about typical career paths in CRM. I would assume that specialists in CRM go into consulting in the field, move up in organizations like Salesforce, develop their own CRM products and bring them to market, or go into broader marketing applications.
