Why Discloses is required?

The first word of the sentence is released. Do you think it indicates a past action.

Its a continuous process its released every month.....
So it requires discloses

Thanks for the reason. It is exactly what I thought.

Even if you are not sure on discloses/disclosed, check other parts of the given choices. Either parallelism is missing on the number of or correctverbs.

OA is C.

C is correct because releasing of report every first friday of the month is a continuous process.

Also in D

(D) disclosed the number of new jobs that are created during the reporting period and the number of hours being worked - 'are' is incorrect. 'the number of' is always singular.

(E) disclosed the number of new jobs that have been created during the reporting period and the number of hours worked
