Request for evaluation: Investment Banking 3.5yrs, 680 GMAT [#permalink]

First, I would like to thank you for your time. I took the GMAT today for the first time and didn't score as high as I would have liked to. My score is as follows:
QA: 50 VA: 31 Total: 680
I am looking to apply to INSEAD, LBS, LBS MFIN, IE, IESE. I need your advice on whether I should take the GMAT again or is this score good enough to give me a fighting chance with these schools. My profile is as mentioned below:
International exposure: I have worked with the NY team for the last 2.5 yrs and have worked in NY for 1 month. I have an offer to join the NY office permanantly also.
1. MBA - Top 10 Indian B-school (Yes. I am looking for a second MBA!!): Ranked amongst the Top 10% of the batch 2. Electronics & Communication Engineering - Top 10 Indian Engineering school: Ranked 4 in the University 3. CFA Level 3 candidate 4. FRM (All levels cleared)
Reason to pursue a 2nd MBA: My objective is to start my own PE / Asset mang fund in the APAC region. I want to pursue a second mba from a top notch school because it will give me a global network that I will need to raise capital for my fund, wider number of opportunities that I will need to increase my exposure to the PE and asset mang industry in the APAC region, and a diverse batch that will give me the ability to work and lead people across the world.
Also, I am not too keen on taking up the NY investment banking opportunity as I am not going to learn anything new. I hope to broaden my skillset and I believe doing so will be better than gaining some international experience with lack of skill diversity. I would like your advice on this aspect also.
