Thanks for your quick reply.i appreciate this.
About the leadership abilities I would like to mention follows -
1) I plan, organize and direct many meetings in my professional career so that the agreed agenda can be discussed and a conclusion will be reached during the permitted time limits.
2) In my last project I did all the activities involved from process and mechanical aspects of the project from concept to final handover to client. To reinforce This was the world's first commercial plant of its kind and we made it a huge success. I was the only experienced engineer in the team so we did it with engineer with no or very little (1-2yrs) experience. ( Obviously Managers were more experience then me). My job included finiding the potential suppliers, chosing the right supplier within budget, negotiating with them and making sure the deilveries are on time, chosing the construction subcontractor, writing work scope and contract , approving scheduling and managing thir work to finish project on time despite all the constraints we have. Also I would like to metion ( it may not have any impact on my application to bschool) but all the activities i mentioned, I did in Germany and Thailand where I faced lot of problem due to language beacuse of lack of english speaking people.
Also the company I was working was a start up company not a big company so many time I have to face problems like when I contacted a potential supplier of any products, they are bit reluctant to reply our request and supply a product to our company due to fact that we are pretty small company. The total value within the project which I handled solely by myself was around 5 million euro out of 12million euro total spending.

What is your feedback about, whether it wroth to mention this in my b schools application.
