Hello there and thanks for dropping by,
First of all, congrats on that awesome GMAT score! It will definitely help boost your profile when it comes time to apply. Now, for schools: You have an overall good profile, but I'm a little bit worried about lack of promotions and leadership in your work experience. One things that top schools really like to see is proof of previous success, and these are two of the best ways they can measure it. The technical stuff achievements you have accomplished, although nice, are pretty much irrelevant for Business School. What they want to know about is your abilities to LEAD, to make deals, to work in a team, etc... all these MBA related skills that are sooooo important to improving your profile. You have good extra curriculars in school. After school it's a bit on the thin side, but it will pass, if you write it well.
Actually though, I think the thing you need to work on the most at this point is your goals, because they are very vague. I don't know what position, in what organization, what you want to do, nor how this connects to your past experience, and it will be very important for all of this to be clear when it comes time to writing this in your applications.
For schools, I think your "sweet spot" will be in schools ranked 10-30 about... What this means is that this is where you can get in. Scholarships is another matter. Because usually, to get offered a scholarship your profile should be STRONGER than the average (I mean this is why they would offer you money to come... in order to sweeten the offer)... So usually you either settles for a lower-ranked school but with a scholarship, or you go to the higher-ranked school but without. (this is usually what happens)
I hope this helps you get started!
