Hi Abhishek,

You have average profile with decent GMAT score and academics but the only concern is low work ex. You will be just completing 2 years work ex by the time you join the program, but still if you focus on your application and work hard on essays/recos you have fair chances at your list of target schools. The list looks fine, why are you not targeting top 10 or 20 b-schools? You can target Kelley, Emory, UNC Kenan Flagler, Cornell, Ross. Out of your target list most of the b-schools are still safe!! so look for some little ambitious schools.
If you are happen to based in Bangalore you can also attend the workshop organized by the alumnus of top business school and ISB admission team on 27th October 2013. You can register for the workshop here http://www.general-ed.com/webinars-seminars?loc=bangalore

Feel free to post any other query or concern that you might have.

Cheers!!

Building on Neha’s advice you might see if there is an overlap between the essays for certain schools you are applying to and some of the more ambitious programs. I think top 10 schools might be too far a stretch but definitely more top 15-25 schools and potentially one or two inside the Top 15.

Good luck,
