Chaitanya-

There are several aspects of your profile which will read as common--in the Indian application pool, the most usual industry is IT and high GMAT scores abound. On the other hand, you have international work experience and four years (plus another until matriculation), so you will have an edge over some applicants for sure. The key to it all will be in couching your experience in a way which compels the adcoms to bring you in for an interview. I would definitely put some top 10 schools in your target list as well as some in the top 20 to be safe. Haas comes to mind, since Berkeley is known for its access to high tech recruiters. You might also look at UCLA Anderson , Stanford as a stretch and yes, I think your chances at NUS and ISB are good with a well written application. Let us know if we can help.
