4 yrs in IT and 6 months in consulting (will have 5 yrs of work ex on joining)
GMAT: 700 (Q49, V34, AWA 5).

Undergrad: 3.00

BE Electronics & Communication
Additional: 6 sigma greenbelt

Work:
- Module Lead in one of Indias Largest IT service providers (leading a team of 5)
- International exposure spanning 1.5 yrs
- 6 months of experience as a consultant in International Systems
- award for outstanding contribution to project

Career Goals:
- IT strategy consulting

Community/Extracurricular:
- Executive member of Department association for 3 yrs in a row
- Built a school at native village
- Created an easy learning guide for children with special needs

Recommendations:
- From a program manager of 14 yrs of exp
- project lead of 10 yrs of exp

I am looking for scholarships. Hence i have based my college breakup on mid ranked schools where i stand more of a chance. One more factor of being in a Indian IT male syndrome.

You've chosen a realistic range of schools. I won't and can't choose the schools for you (it's a matter of personal fit and preference -opinions of which I hope you can form on your own). As for scholarships, forget about it - treat it as a bonus not an expectation when it comes to MBA programs (which as a professional program isn't like an MS or other academic graduate programs). Again, you've chosen a good range of schools where you have a realistic shot of getting into, so it's a matter of forming your own opinions of each of these schools and narrowing down that list on your own.
