Overall it sounds like you would have a chance at some of the schools in India and Singapore that you mentioned, though it still would not be easy given all of the competition. You'll really need to focus on what you've done that demonstrates leadership, initiative, and anything that shows how you are unique. You should also focus on flushing out your goals a bit more so you can make a more compelling case for WHY you need the MBA, potentially more than another similarly-qualified applicant. Finally, remember to describe your experiences and accomplishments for a more general audience within your application (i.e. no technical jargon/abbreviations etc) so it's more accessible to all admissions committee members and demonstrates that you can relate your skills and experiences to others without the same backgrounds (i.e. within a b-school class).
