Given the competitive demographic group that you are part of, I would recommend you re-take your GMAT score in order to be competitive to top USA programs as well as ISB (which our Admissions Director knows very well). Simply put, it is very much on the low side of admitted Indian students and places you at a significant competitive disadvantage.
If you do decide to apply to American programs with this GMAT, I would recommend that you look at schools like Rice, Rochester, Kelley, Emory and (possibly) UNC. if you can raise your score to above 700, the you can consider schools like Ross and Johnson.
