Rescoring Speaking TOEFL [#permalink]

On 20th April 2012 I took the Toefl because I need it to apply for college in Canada. I did quite well in every part but the speaking one. I got 98 (reading 26, listening 28, speaking 19, writing 25). I did not very well in the speaking because I got confused in the 3rd question and stopped talking, however, I thought I had at least 20 (I need 20). So, I had my toelf speaking rescored. Do you think they will give one point more? Do you have any experience with speaking rescoring?
