"such as " has to be used in the sentenmce to indicate examples. Milk is an example, there can be many other.

Such as is needed in this sentence.

Also, the preposition to in A, B, and C make the sentence too ambiguous.

for indentifying sth modifies the tests while to indentify modify for the whole sentence.

allergic to is the correct idiom and for example such as is used.

so C is the answer.
