From what I read, because of the new format of the test, the official GMAT results are received 20 days after the exam date.
Still, am I going to be able to see my Verbal and Math results on the test day, after I complete the exam?

That is correct - you immediately get your Verbal/Quant score which is based off of the infamous 800. Then your AWA and IR score will be sent to you in 2 wks (sometimes less).
