I graduated in 2003 and I've had two jobs since then.

My first job didn't even last a year, while my second job is coming up on 3 years this February.

1) Is it worth mentioning the first job? If anything I learned how to communicate and I got a taste of management with a team of 1 person reporting to me.

2) Obviously, most of my experience and achievements are at the second job, so is there a "limit" as to how many bullet points you can use for one job on the resume? Currently, I have 5 solid points of achievement/contribution, but I think I can at least put one more.

Any thoughts?

No need to expand on the specific answers, I'll just mention that apps. usually require all FT experience and probably undergraduate work exp. as well, so you'll mention much more than that job.
