My company is relocating its office in a few months and before I sign my life away and move away, I'd like to explore other options on the job market (however horrible it is). My resume is pretty stale and the update process is very painful and taking a long time  so I thought of getting some help since time is short and opportunities few. What's the general perspective on Resume writing/coaching services AFTER MBA? Does any respectable MBA graduate use these places?

If so, can anyone recommend service/writer they have used?

BB,
The Avator says that you are the founder of the Gclub, which is great. Do you mind sharing your background? Many Gclubbers like me would be interested in knowing about you. What motivated you to start the club, where did you end up going to school, etc. The same applies to Praet also. Its great to know about some of the founders/senior moderators.

Sorry for boycotting this thread!

Thanks for the question - I will consider this. I have been hiding behind the veil of the privacy for a long time and as surprising as it sounds, a fairly private person.
I am just a regular Joe who was bored in business school and decided to get a hobby

I am a self-employed consultant, though as very many are, I am bound to an office and a corporate setting and I have been working for the same client company for the past 3 years, so you can say, I am an employee. I work for the company that shares a common name with a socialite heiress.

I think this is a good start...

Yes, it is a good start. I can't think of anybody but Paris when you say "socialite heiress". LOL :)

You know, you are not very outgoing either - your profile does not list a location, school or gmat score - very minimalistic - just I thought I'd point that out. :-D
