Right triangle PQR is to be constructed in the xy-plane so that the right angle is at P and PR is parallel to the x-axis. The x- and y- coordinate of P,Q, and R are to be integers that satisfy the inequalities -5 < x < 6 and 5 < y < 17. How many different triangles with these properties could be constructed?

This is the only problem in the OG that I don't "understand".

I hope someone here describes the solution in a different fashion than the folks at ETS.

I finally understood the problem after much thinking. Definitely more than 10 min to understand it. Just wanted to see if someone would be able to solve it. Shhhh... Stoolfi, you weren't supposed to say it was from the OG!
