Ross (evening MBA) v/s MSU Broad FT [#permalink]
05 Apr 2008, 16:19
Hello
If one has only two options (due to some crazy constraints) Ross (evening MBA) v/s MSU Broad FT
MSU Broad FT (free ride) - Ross Evening offcourse out of pocket 60K + will take 4 years
Objective - Top tier consulting in operations - eventually - strategy (but that depends on the consulting firm, I guess).
Or internal consulting at GE like companies / Advanced LDP
Is diluted Ross better than Broad FT? Please comment on program quality (quant heaviness esp in corp finance, I have a MS in SCM), Brand equity of evening Ross and perception of the likes of mckinsey -

Just today I was talking to an HBS grad who went to BCG after graduation and he was saying that since Ross part time allows part timers access to FT MBA career services - they have a lot of the same options open to them. He said he had a colleague who came out of the PT Ross program. So, I guess at least technically all options are open with the PT Ross program although I doubt it is easy.
I can't speak to Broad's program, I do not know much about it.
