ROSS V. JOHNSON (FULL RIDE) [#permalink] New post 06 Apr 2012, 21:31
I'm looking for some outside opinions to think on.

I've been admitted into both schools and have a full ride with Johnson.

My focus is sustainable business and while both have centers dedicated to this Ross is clearly a stronger program. What's more it has a dual degree program that I've been admitted to and am excited about. And, finally I really felt it for the school and the community.

Nevertheless a full ride is a full ride and even considering passing that up is hard to believe. What's more Johnson's program isn't insubstantial. Maybe not the best of the two, but legit all the same.

Any opinions/food for thought would be much appreciated.

Cornell for the money. These are essentially peer schools so head to Ithaca, take full advantage of what they've got and supplement where necessary. And congrats! :-D

Has Ross come back to you in recent times to give you a better deal financially? If I had the opportunity to be in your shoes, I would choose Ross, since it is a better programme, but once again a full ride to Cornell is also difficult to pass up.

If I were you,

I would choose the one I feel right in heart. Because I still feel more satisfied with the decisions based on what I like rather than what it appears to be better on the logical shell.
