Running GMAT prep more than 2 times [#permalink] New post 28 Sep 2009, 10:05
Hey guys,

Here's the situation. I only have one week until my test date. I'm testing at the 700 level, about 45 quant, 40-41 verbal. I feel I can improve quant if I dedicate more time to it, but verbal - little upside.

Is it worthwhile for me to spend some time (with what little time I have left) to reset the GMAT Prep software so that I can see some of the other questions I haven't seen on my first 2 tests, or would this yield marginal benefit (for those of you who have done it)?

Am I better off doing something else to improve my quant in the lsat week? What would you guys suggest?

Thanks.

I would do one more GMAT Prep. Reset it and go again. Review all mistakes.

I would also go back through my books/tests and review the toughest questions you got wrong before. I would also do some basic fundamentals review through the Number Properties book and maybe some Geometry/Word Translations. It all really depends on your weaknesses. I would review weak areas. In one week you can't improve much, but you can maintain your current level.
