i hear it is pretty competitive, but not nearly as much as Haas PT. I believe the average gpa was 3.1 and GMAT 650

I looked at SCU a while back, the thing that really worries me about the program is it's job placement stats. Probably not the place to be for a career switcher.

Difficult as in how? Its all relative.

Their average GMAT is around 620 and GPA is 3.3 if I remember correctly from the info session. (all this info is easily accessed through BusinessWeek link below)

Their yield is higher than most, but I think there is a lot of self-selection as well as the AdComs working with the applicants. They will also sit down with you and go over your chances and improvements that can be made. I went in and talked to an AdCom and it was a semi-interview and they started a ghost file on me. I'm glad it went well as I was not prepared for that, but now you can be.

The average GMAT score for SCU is 620+.It is pretty competetive and is a great school. The school has a separate career services unit to shape your career and help you with placements throughout your mba program.Several career fairs are also held on the school campus every quarter.Join this school while you can,coz its going up in ratings every year.
