Whether or not is almost always wrong.

You can just say Whether input here in a much more concise way.

I am also of the same opinion that Whether or not is almost always wrong. so B,C and E can be removed
Between A and D . I will go with A.

IMO, it is A.

B: the sentence seems incomplete with 'affecting';
C: 'it' is awkward;
D & E: same as C

A: the structure seems and sounds better than the other options

It must be an Image file, not Word Document. Take a screenshot of your question. You can use the Gadwin System PrintScreen Free Program - works flawlessly or you can just hit Print SCRN button on your keyboard and past it into MS Paint and then save.

how to paste saved image in mail body ..pls give steps ..
