Whether or not is almost always wrong.
You can just say Whether input here in a much more concise way.

I am also of the same opinion that Whether or not is almost always wrong. so B,C and E can be removed Between A and D . I will go with A.

IMO, it is A.
B: the sentence seems incomplete with 'affecting';
C: 'it' is awkward;
D & E: same as C
A: the structure seems and sounds better than the other options

It must be an Image file, not Word Document. Take a screenshot of your question. You can use the Gadwin System PrintScreen Free Program - works flawlessly or you can just hit Print SCRN button on your keyboard and past it into MS Paint and then save. _________________
