I was struggling between D and E.
I will go with D because it has proper prepositional phrase
modifying the ballet dancers.
In E the word "they" after the word "because" could refer to "eating habits"
I might be wrong here because opening a modifier phrase with a preposition "because" is not well accepted". But D is very attractive to me.
If you need why other choices suck ( if I am right
) then I will be glad to give an explaination.
