The diet of the ordinary Greek in classical times was largely vegetarian - vegetables, fresh cheese, oatmeal and meal cakes, and meat rarely

A) and meat rarely - sounds like everything is rarely eaten
B) and meat was rare - was it a rare kind of meat?
C) with meat ar rare - are rare?
D) meat a rarity - u need a connector before meat
E) with meat as a rarity - it shows tht meat was eaten rarely nd also has a connector

hope this helps!!
