DAY/MONTH /YEAR /TIME + celebrated + as + some day/event/historical importance

4th of july is celebrated as the independence day.

February 14 is celebrated as valentines day

PERSON/EVENT + celebrated + as being + some big achievement

Galileo is celebrated as being one of the first scientists to ....whatever

"FOR being considered " and "for being" is wrong here..

so B is correct.
