learned another idiom.. SUPPORT OF... otherwise saw nothing wrong with possessive and A :cry:

Was stuck between A & C, went with C finally as was not sure of 'labor's qualifying support"

yes...."unqualifying" support is unidiomatic. Hence choice (C).
