Clearly E - other statements are convoluted and don't convey meaning properly.

(E)

Part of the sentence before the comma is about the coordination of monetary policy, so so 2nd part should be start with its. So (E) seems right to me.

Firstly, unlikely and significant in A changes the meaning from E
Secondly, it.. its.. is in A looks verbose to me
