How the hell did you manage to post this question man!! did you scan some xeroxed stuff. If so u r truely going to nail this GMAT. Keep up the good work :lol:

I will go with E

Created a need for is the idiom here
Between B and E, I feel B has a wrong tense.
Subjunctive mood is definitely not required here. So ruleout A, and C
B and D have tense problems
