School Selection Feedback

Hey All,
I am very new to the whole Part-Time MBA school selection and at first only researched Boston schools. Initially, I was looking into Boston University and BC Carroll School of Management; however, it appears, based on a number of posts I have read on this site, that both schools are strongly considered "regional" and that if you consider leaving the Boston area, the degrees may not be as powerful.
With that said, I was surprised to notice that my score of 620 on the GMAT places me within the lower end of a number of the top rated part-time school's 80%ile scores; thus giving me a possible shot at acceptance.
What I would like to ask:
-- Would attending BC or BU seriously limit me to Boston? (I do not really wish to reside in Boston indefinitely)
-- Would schools such as: Georgetown, NYU Stern, or Carnegie Mellon (Tepper), have an overall better national footprint versus a BC or BU for jobs outside of their respective regions?
-- What realist chances would I have with some of the higher ranked part time programs, such as those mentioned above, with a GMAT score of 620?
I really appreciate any feedback provided. I also apologize if there is another thread already on this topic... I've spent the last hour looking around and have not seen anything and figured I would make a post.
