Paul Bodine's book suggests that you include in your recommender packet the list of schools you're applying to with a list of qualities they seek in applicants.

Duke, Kellogg, Columbia, Wharton, Harvard, Haas

All of these is either/both teamwork and leadership. I'm a woman of few words and broad generalizations. Help!
