I switched job for getting the taste of general management and that operations of a plant/process industry.

career plan:
I want to get into general management as a business analyst or into operations management into engineering/production companies.
Schools:
i am looking only at asian schools as they are cheaper. I am not sure whether there are any good B schools outside asia which are as cheap as asian ones. so I am looking at schools which are cheaper or which fund more proporation of admitted students.

suggest schools. i am applying to isb, ntu and nus. i have also sent scores to kellogg mmm and yale mba programmes.

ISB would be a stretch. I am not familiar with NTU. You would be competitive at NUS.

Best,
Linda

Purdue and Fisher are good options. You may also want to consider Michigan State Broad and Smith. However these are two-year programs. CMU Tepper is something for you to consider, but it would be more of a stretch. I believe that Georgia Tech has a one-year program but can't comment on its strength in operations.

You have a competitive profile for Judge and Said.

Best,
Linda

University of Maryland is known for a good Operations Management program.

You should definitely try there. The cost is great too.
