School visits do not factor into admissions decisions - especially at the top schools.
If you go to visit a school, do it for your own research and benefit. It's not a place for "face time". Chances are, the adcom won't remember you, and chances are the adcom you get "face time" with may not end up being the person who reads your application anyhow (as they have a committee of people who read applications).
In every info session, you'll get two kinds of people:
(1) Those who listen, observe and inquire, or
(2) Those who make complete jackasses of themselves.
Guess who gets remembered? The only people who the adcoms will remember are the obnoxious ones who make fools of themselves in their sad effort to get attention and face time. You're not going to impress them - and the more you try to do the sell job, the more obnoxious you'll come across - it'll be very obvious.
